Weekly Photo Challenge: Breakfast

Every now and then my son asks me to make this combo for Sunday Brunch.

Poached egg on top of maple covered crispy bacon strips atop toasted bread generously spread with butter.

Angel hair pasta with my version of the marinara sauce – stewed tomatoes, loads of garlic, pitted black olives, capers, spicy tuna, and parmesan cheese.

Plus coke light/diet coke…for me. He gets orange soda.

Breakfast/Brunch of Champions :-)
